Yeah the title basically describe everything, I dont want SAMSUNG,APPLE(of course),Sceptre

If can monitor with AMD Freesync and minimal border or borderless because my primary monitor is 1440X900 the aspect ration is horrible

Responsetime up to 5ms is fine. No normal Human can see any difference between 1ms and 5ms.

If posaible with mimal border or borderless so if i combine 2 monitor it will be nice

With that kind of budget there aren't huge differences between the monitors. So take the one that has highest refresh rate with freesync, if possible.

 

Other option is to buy a used one.
