Broken plastic on a pendrive usb connector

Hi, I wonder if this pendrive is still usable as the plastic is starting to break away, current it stores the windows install media

Yes. As long as the board inside isn't damaged. It'll work even without the plastic casing hahaha. Would just be hard to plug it into a USB port and keeping a stable connection.

Currently the plastic piece are breaking away, My conecern would be plastic bits getting stuck in the port

Plastic isn't conductive so it's not going to cause any issues. Might be annoying to get out if it does get stuck, that's all.
