Could i go 650 if I want headroom for overclocking and Wanting  to upgrade in future

You could, but there's no need for that, choose better quality over more wattage, also components are getting less power hungdry, not more.

Tier b+ at least and up and you are good :

Ryzen 7 3700x

You are really good with 550W, plenty of headroom with oc and everything.  Grab that bequiet unit if you can.

I’m thinking Corsair rmx 550 because of its warranty is like 5-10 years which is really good and it’s cheap to Like £93

Be quiet one has 5 years of warranty, ask @Juular about Corsair units if you like, he knows this stuff and answers quickly most of the time. Afaik Corsair rmx 550 is a good unit though.

used to be 7, is now 10

by all means, straight power 11 and RMx at that wattage are comparable in quality, so you can just get either

I have decided to go for a 650 watt psu instead for a bit more headroom than the 550 would have given me if that is ok so if if I want to upgrade any parts in the future or is that overkill and because I might try oc in future to or shall I stick with the 550 watts for a 2070 super and ryzen 7 3700x
