First time im seeing this CARD  . How does this differ from a regular 2070 Super?

The 2070 Super KO is still a Super card...

 

It'll be pretty much the same as a standard 2070S, just with a cheaper cooler and less OC potential, if any.

What i found with my 2060KO is that the cooler is really loud and the card gets quite toasty with that shitty cooler.

I'd honestly spend the extra $50 to get a "standard" 2070S with a good cooler. 

 

 

EDIT: 

Two more things:

#1 The Asus 2070S is actually cheaper and i'd take that over the KO any day of the week.

#2 Nvidia is said to launch the 3000 series in just over a week so you might wanna wait a little longer :)

Not sure if this was answered... Too lazy to read through lol BUT the only difference is the KO does not have a USB C port. Thats it. I have the KO myself.
