Either, to be honest. Doubt you can go wrong with any of them. Preference, really.

Yeah, as @TheDoubleYGamer said. They seem pretty much exact in features and colour schemes the same. Go for what is cheaper.

I'm more of a gigabyte fan boy with motherboards

Corsair 400R, i7 3770K @ 4.5GHz 16GB, Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Motherboard, 240GB Samsung 840 Evo Sata III SSD, 2 x Asus GTX 780 Direct CU2 SLI, Corsair H100i and Corsair AX860i Platinum Power supply.

Gigabyte manufactures better motherboards than MSI in general. I'd go with the Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0096KEZVK. Gigabyte also makes a really nice BIOS.

It's also a bit cheaper which is nice.

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO, ASUS Maximus VII Hero, i7-4790K @ 4.5GHz, Corsair H100i, EVGA GTX 980Ti SC, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2X8GB 1866Mhz CL9, 2X Crucial M500 960GB, EVGA SuperNOVA 1050 GS, ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q w/ nVidia 3D Vision 2

Gigabyte ships more boards than MSI. Take that as you will.

Get whichever is cheaper really they kinda look the same.

And like Linus said; these things are probably made in the same factories for the most part.
