Firstly:

Secondly, wtf is this? Sounds like it was written by someone with a political agenda. That or I'm just that illiterate because I don't understand the title of this, nor what's it's supposed to mean/convey. That's the problem with politicians, they use words that no one knows the meaning to as to make themselves sound smarter. Just makes for a confusing time and they then take advantage of that.
