You could use tweezers to hold onto the plastic to get it out. But indeed, a picture will help us assess the situation.

Yeah tweezers look to be the way to go, how did you break that off? they've always slid out pretty easily on my gpus

AMD blackout rig

 

cpu: ryzen 5 3600 @4.4ghz @1.35v

gpu: rx5700xt 2200mhz

ram: vengeance lpx c15 3200mhz

mobo: gigabyte b550 auros pro 

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

case: masterbox mbx520

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6

don't know i just went to ease it out and i was careful about it too and it just came off
