Question about EDC in Ryzen Master

Potiq

I finished my new build a few days ago and I keep getting random reboots while playing certain games like CS:GO (Solid black screen then restart). After checking the readings on AMD Ryzen Master, I noticed that my EDC fluctuates

between 33% and 100% of 168A.

My question simply is; Is it normal for my EDC to fluctuate that high under minimal load?

I have updated my bios and installed all the latest drivers. I have also checked my windows crash logs and there's nothing indicating an error. All CPU and GPU temps appear normal.
Memorytest86 results were all good -zero errors.

This is my first build so I'm not quite sure what the issue could be, but I'm pretty convinced it's my PSU. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BO with 2nd gen is completely brain dead and is shoving way too much voltage (even with the best of ambient cooling, below 1.4V), let alone a Hyper 212 Evo which is rather weak and I recommend 1.3V at most for that. You should also monitor temperatures. PTC CPU is the CPU's thermal throttling point and not actual data.
