Hi all I recently got a pre buildset up from a friend for a good price, however I am trying to look for upgrades, currently have a

 

144hz Msi-mag271c 27” Monitor 

 

MOBO:MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX

 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X - 8-Core 3.70GHz 4.35GHz Turbo

 

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB

 

currently have £500 budget so not a lot but will listen to any reasonable upgrades 

 

the main use of the computer is gaming/streaming/editing

You've only listed 3 of the components, PCs come with a lot more than that.

You also haven't stated why you want to upgrade, and what you think is lacking.

Do you want more CPU power or GPU power? Usually you upgrade because you want a PC that does something specific better.

I would either get a 2070 Super if you want more GPU power (like 1440p/4K power) or get a 3800X + extra 16GB RAM (assuming you have 2x8GB RAM) if you want more CPU power (I would not get anything more powerful than a 3800X on that board)

Completely forgot that

mainly to run games on higher setting while not compromising performance, also looking for a 2nd monitor
