Anyone have experience with "Palit" GPU brand before? (1660 Super StormX)

So card I was planning on getting (Zotac 1660 Super TwinFan) got a price jump from about $250 to $330 on Amazon Japan.

The only other one listed that's still around the $250 range is this "Palit 1660 Super StormX).

It's a smaller card with only 1 single fan on it. I'd imagine it's not very good if it only has 1 fan, but then again, I've no idea lol. I was hoping some of you might have used these cards before, and if so, could tell me your experience with them?

It's a smaller brand but generally pretty well regarded as I understand.

Really? That's good to hear. I tried YouTubing it, and found some videos with it, but it wasn't being compared to other 1660 Supers. So I've no idea what the heat or noise is like compared to other 1660S cards.

I have another option that's within the price range that has dual fans on it, but it is the "Galakuro" brand. Which I think someone else mentioned before was an off brand of Galaxy, I think?

Between the 2 cards, Palit with single fan vs Galakuro with dual fans... which do you think would offer better cooling and less noise? Or does a single fan cool just as well as dual fan and vice versa?
