Smart to wait for new 30 series and new amd/intel cpu's???

Im planning to build a new rig around July maybe august (willing to wait longer) and im not sure if i should wait for the new amd/intel cpu's and the 30 series 

gpu's or just build with a 20 series card and 3rd gen ryzen 7.

Yea just wait as AMD prices would go down as we have seen in the past in the past 2nd gen and 3rd gen launches.

The current gen ones have already dropped, when Covid-19 is almost over is a good time to buy

I would just wait in general. Prices are all over the place at the moment
