I have two DS3 - YOTS Ed and Yellow Ed - as well as two Filco MJ2 Ninja, build quality for both is excellent. Now it boils down to whether those bling bling back lights are important to you. Since both use ABS key caps, they will shine after a while.....for me, I'd take the DS3, you can always disable backlight should you want a more serious looking keyboard. BTW, Filco uses Costar stabilizers while Ducky uses Cherry stabilzers if that is a factor for you, I don't mind either actually.

I like the look of the Ducky keyboard more. 

 

I personally have Das Keyboard Professional S with MX Browns and I like it : ) It would be nice to have backlight though even if I don't look at it.
