Thank you!

No. Win 10 has multiple desktops. Virtual desktops, that is.

To move between them, you Ctrl-Win-(right or left arrows).

The problem is there's no way of knowing which desktop you are on, and U can't switch using the mouse.

I hope I am being clear.

Thx again!

EDIT: CTRL WIN (not crtl alt)

Thx so much!!!

Ok so I am seeing this. Didn't know about this. But yes, it's not very good. It also requires multiple clicks.

Linux (specifically, Manjaro with i think XFCE) has such a nice "widget" where it actually shows u the desktops.

Thx for the answer though. I do appreciate it!

Something like this could let you use multiple wallpapers, then just edit a different number in the corner of each one to know which you're on?

https://github.com/sdias/win-10-virtual-desktop-enhancer

And it also adds shortcuts to switch desktops apparently.

Also, look into autohotkey, maybe you can use that for mouse shortcuts or something.

If you're talking about mouse gestures, you may need to get a device that actually supports that kind of stuff, like an MX Master.

Have you tried Virtual Desktop manager?

Look into this also https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys should be helpful, you can switch between desktops without using the mouse, also create new desktops.
