Need an urgent help

No matter whatever I'm doing, my internet settings still shows unidentified network or doesn't have valid ip.. So I can't access to the internet on pc.. I tried in many ways but it's not working whatever I do.. I also tried to get help from Google but the result is same.

Can anyone help me to fix my internet connection issues? I'll be ever grateful to you..

what do you have?

-New computer?

-First time connecting to this network?

-What is different, what is the same?

-Was it working and it stopped working?

I have a desktop computer..

- It's a decade old computer.. The processor is Intel core 2 duo e7500 and motherboard is intel g41 and no gpu..

- Yeah I'm connecting internet for the first time..

- I'm actually not understanding.. I installed Windows 10 pro from Microsoft website (download via mobile).. I've reset and renew netsh and ipconfig from cmd.. Change ipv4 several times from adapter settings, even re set that in automatic. But still not working..

- Actually it's the first time I've connected internet line through ethernet.. Before that I've never used broadband connection.. Although I've used sim modem before..

Please if you can help me.. And sorry for my bad English.. TIA

Does your isp provide a modem or modem/router?

Can anything else connect to the internet through your router via Ethernet cable?

Does that work?

It sounds like you’re not getting an IP address from your router.  Maybe DHCP is not on by default and you need a specific address to connect to it.

My isp provide a wireless router.

I can't connect anything through the router via ethernet cable on my computer.

We're getting somewhere - can you connect the ethernet cable to any other wired device (computer, game console, etc.) to verify whether or not the ISP provided potato modem/router combo unit supplies an IP address to those devices? This will rule out it being a problem / limitation of your ISP provided hardware.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, RTX2060) Mobile: OnePlus 5T | Koodo - 75GB Data + Data Rollover for $45/month
Laptop: Dell XPS 15 9560 (the real 15" MacBook Pro that Apple didn't make) Tablet: iPad Mini 5 | Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 10.1
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 | Panasonic TS20D Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

This.  You need to test another device on that Ethernet cable.

perferably something simple like a PlayStation, Xbox, Roku that will try it’s hardest to get to the internet.

if that works it’s computer settings that are the cause of this issue.

if that doesn’t work, it’s your modem/router or cable itself.
Those cables folded so tight in the packaging sometimes are dead on arrival.
