If temps hold below ~70 C after 10-20 minutes with side panel off then you have a case airflow problem.

 

If you can post a pic of the internal hardware configuration that would be helpful.

build a pc yourself, it is not that hard and i can tell you from my experience, it is the best feeling when you boot it at the first time! And you can get more with you money by building it yourself than buying prebuilt.

Storage tier List. Tier A for Moving files/  OS. Tier B for OS/Games. Tier C for games. Tier D budget Pcs. Tier E if on sale not the worst but not good.

(With a grain of salt, I use tier C for OS myself)

I've merged several of your posts in this thread. Please use edit button. You also don't need to update things constantly while troubleshooting stuff. This is forum and longer posts are better overall. If you want more chat-like experience, you are welcome to use LTT Discord for that.
