hello im looking to buy a new laptop for gaming and i found 2, first the Lenovo Ideapad 330s and im not really a tech expert but i think its good and the second the MOTILE 14" Performance Laptop and can anyone help me pick one and if someone has a better laptop for gameing under 450 US dollars pls tell me thanks

What games are you trying to run, Because that budget might not play some modern games

Ok, I'd go with the MOTILE 14 Inch Laptop if you would like more performance, if you would like a more trustworthy brand, I'd pick the lenovo

You won't be gaming with either of those laptops, let alone streaming or recording anything. You need a model with at LEAST an MX150 or MX250 dGPU and a quad-core

and you can record with OBS Studio, you'd just have to turn down the settings to like 720p30

That one is known for poor quality and poor reliability. Get an Asus A15 with a Ryzen 4000 series CPU. It'll be faster, cooler and more reliable
