never heard of riotoro, have you considered a more mainstream PSU maker. Also, you do not need a 750 watt PSU. I have and RTX 2060 and a 1700x and I only have 600 watts with no worries/power caps. Also what case are you using. Storage too?

NOTE: I AM NEVER ALWAYS RIGHT, BUT I AM HAPPY TO HELP ANYWAY I CAN

Tag me @WambleCropped or quote me so I can see your reply

I'd ask this again when you are about to buy as most likely a couple new parts will have launched by then making the recommendations here no longer up to date and you could get something better then.

So i should aim for more branded psu? I already have 1TB HDD and i didnt mention, im planning to buy KINGSTON A400 480GB

looks good. riotoro onyx is actually a good unit.

you could probably save a bit by getting a cheaper motherboard and a 550w psu and invest that money into a 1660 gpu.

Believe me, gpu is only part im thinking about.. RX 580 is kinda old now but im watching some benchmarks and its not that bad but i know there is something better

3 to 4 months from now, new parts will be available. You should wait to make a parts list until then.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

580 is a bit weak - sacrifice a bit from the other less performance gaining components such as psu and invest that into the best GPU you can afford for your budget.

DISPLAYS: LG 27UL500 IPS 4k60hz + HDR and LG 27GL650F IPS 1080p 144hz + HDR

LAPTOP: Lenovo Legion 5 CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H GPU: RTX 3070 8GB RAM: 16GB 3200MHz (2x8GB DDR4) STORAGE: 4TB Crucial P3 NVMe SSD + 2TB Samsung 970 evo plus NVMe SSD DISPLAY: 1080p 165hz IPS OS: Windows 11 Pro x64

Apart from the advice already given you most likely want a MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX - the regular version needs a bios update to support Ryzen 3000.

As @boggy77 suggested you could get a cheaper - still decent - motherboard and invest money in the GPU department. An Nvidia 1660 series card would be 'super', but might be too much of a stretch. Alternative motherboards would be MSI Gaming Plus MAX, MSI A-Pro MAX and MSI Pro-VDH MAX (mATX).

To give specific advice it would be best if we knew your country, your total budget and what you plan on doing with the PC.
