I have very similar specs,I would go with a Corsair C70 vengeance case for great airflow and get a Corsair 860 PSU to SLI later :) Look at my similar build.

I'd personally go for 650, but 500 will be fine.

then wait a little more longer.i got my build under 3 months to get the parts and built in 3 days.
