What are your system specs? Do you have a motherboard speaker plugged in?

Hey there. I'd suggest starting with some basic fixes first:

  1. Check whether your monitor is plugged in, switched on, and is receiving the displaying the right input (DisplayPort/HDMI/etc.). Rudimentary step, but could be overlooked.
  2. Check and reattach DisplayPort/HDMI/etc. connections from your graphics card to your monitor. If this solved the issue, you can stop troubleshooting now.
  3. Check display input with another monitor and/or another cable that you know will work. If you receive display input here, your original monitor/cable probably has something borked.
  4. Switch off your setup, re-seat the graphics card/RAM, check all PSU connections, and attempt to start up your system again.

If your setup still doesn't display anything, my guess is there's an issue with the graphics card or motherboard, and you'll need more help than I can comfortably provide.

(Edit: Thought of something else -- do you have a X470/X370/B450 motherboard and a Ryzen 3000 series CPU?)

I’m sorry I just got back to this. We had a recent death in the family. But to answer your question, I have a B450 motherboard with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. I ended up buying new set at DDR4 Ram 3.2Ghz. The 3.6 GHz wasn’t compatible I guess. When I changed Ram it posted and everything worked great.
