The Hyper 212 Evo comes with AM4 hardware for Ryzen CPUs, you don't need any extra brackets.

The CPU comes with stock cooler. 212 Evo is not that much better, so you are wasting money there. If you want to buy aftermarket cooler, go for Arctic Freezer 33/34 eSports or be Quiet! Pure Rock which are in same price range and all better than 212 Evo on cooling performance and noise. For under $40 there's upgraded version of 212, the Black Edition. Also better than EVO.
