How to fix home WiFi router

alwinaind

I have a D-Link DIR-816 dual channel router at home. Recently my mom accidentally pulled its plug out. After that when I switched it back on, it was receiving signal from the WAN port but it was not sending 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi signals. The LED's for both the channels were OFF, only the power and WAN port LED's were ON. I couldn't even get any connection via an Ethernet cable. Any possible fixes?

Edit: I forgot to mention I tried the basic troubleshooting of rebooting, and reseting the router didn't work.

use the hard reset button

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

Did you keep it presse for at least 5 seconds, because just pressing it is for WPS.
