80$ budget mouse and keyboard

Thought i would finally upgrade from the handed down dell keyboard and mouse. I have an 80$ Budget. Ive never used a mechanical keyboard before but they sound cool but idk if those one with that price range. Rgb is not a big issue but its always cool to have. I have no preference on mice im just trying to game.

if you just want to try a mechanical keyboard, there are options that you can get for about $20(outemu) up to $60(various keys until cherry reds). on the mice department, you can get the g102 prodigy as its cheap and pretty much an ok mice.

It’s really personal preference, for keyboard it depends on which types of switches are best for you and the amount of rgb you want, and for mice it depends on hand size, dpi, and # of side buttons.

Cheap China mech and cheap brand-name mouse.

Avoid MX Blue clones if you want to save your hearing.

You know when you're vacuuming and you suck up something hard and fairly big and it's just rattling around and around inside the canister? That's what Outemu sounds like.

OP don't fucking buy Outemu blues, or any click-jacket based clicky switches.

That's about the budget I have in mine. I got a razer lancehead refurb for 34 and a motospeed gk-89 keyboard around 39. I'm sure they aren't the best in the world, but I wanted wireless and a clicky keyboard and these fit the bill.

Unfortunately those always seem to be the only switches available for sub 30-40 dollar mechanical keyboards.

It is pretty easy to find a keyboard for under 40 with brown, red, or black clone switches. You are right blue clones are the most common, but the others aren't too hard to find.

I got the redragon k552 with those outemu blue and it's annoyingly loud.  the keyboard is not bad, it's quite sturdy with no deck flex at all and it stays in place well ... but the switches are loud loud loud ... and not just the click but there's also the pings and reverb all around.
