Shoul i go for 2k or 1080p 144hz with 1080ti?

I currently have a 1080p 60hz display and wanted to change it since i just upgraded my gpu with these specs which one do you think is best for me 2k 60 or 75Hz or 1080p 144hz?

 

GPU: 1080Ti

CPU: i5 6600K 3.5GHz base clock

RAM: 2x8 16GB 2133mhz

2k is 1920x1080 2.5k is something like mine. That is me nitpicking though. lol.

 

2K is absolutely fine with your build. I'm running 2560x1440p (2.5K) 144hz and getting well over 100fps in most games. I running a 1070 ti with a OC on it.

RE3 DEMO With basically everything max running 4GB on texture but everything else besides shadows (high) at max. Runs about 120-90 at lowest. No hitches.

Long and short of it I would do the upgrade unless your doing esport games only.

Thats the best for your GPU to handle.

Are you saying this because i have not-so-powerful CPU? That's one of the reasons why i asked it because lots of people play 2k with 1080ti trouble free
