Dual monitor set up.

Sir_Zeke

Hi just quick question. I have 4k monitor and 1080p connected to my pc with display port cable. When i physically turn of 1080p monitor all windows from that monitor are moved to 4k one. Is there way to stop it from happening? Can i fix the orientation and amount of screen so windows will not automatically adjust. I'm running Windows 10.

Not that I’ve seen, not turning it off would prolly be best.
Could use an igpu if you have it. But I just keeps the stuff on it while off.

When i'm watching movies is better to turn off second monitor. I have 2080 Ti and don't understand your idea about igpu? I'm just looking for quality of life setting.

Plug the other monitor into the motherboard. Or use a better program that will black out the other monitor.
