Fortnite keeps crashing on my friends PC

He has a ryzen 5 1600 on a b350 motherboard.

He just bought a 1660 super. Fortnite keeps crashing and I have helped him everything I could think of. Any ideas???

May be cause of weak processor, bad graphics card, not updated or many more. What are the specs?

Drivers maybe? You can try rolling back to an older GPU driver and see if that does anything.
