Depends on what your friend is doing with their system.

But a Ryzen 5 3600 is always a good choice. But the last gen 2600/1600 AF is also a good choice for a more budget minded person.

 

Get 3600Mhz memory with the Ryzen 5 3600 and 3000-3200Mhz with the older gen CPU's.

thanx but can you recomend some radeon gpu? for white pc build?

white GPUs are super rare.

I've only seen them on GTX cards.

Doesn't seem like the RX 5700(XT) have white variants.

spay paint doesn't do well on plastic and no way to RMA the card.

plasti dip is better but the best is just to find a white card from the factory.

I also am not going to tell a brand new builder to go and mod a card.

Maybe not the best to do on a new card, but maybe on something used or old.
