Hey-

I've been having to deal with a crap ton of unresponding pages, and when I hop into task manager It's like: Bro we good. I mean yes, It's a prebuilt, with integrated graphics, but it has 12 gigs of ram and a i7-4785t, neither of which is being put under load very much, and the rest of my components (E.G storage) are on like 1-10% utilization, but my pages still freeze, and when I restart, the problem starts up again in 30 mins.  Help?!?!?

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

what do you mean by unresonding pages? In a browser? Screenshot?

Did you try reinstalling the os?

It's a prebuilt... With a oem key. unresponding means the page get suspended, like it'll say when it freezes at the bottom: Page is not responding, and It'll have a 'restore page' button

lkdfsjgklsdfjglskdj sfdjsdfljgsdl;kgj windows 10 pro, just fking anything, anytime. YouTube, roblox, docs, this forum, yes I did. My userbench is middle of the road, but because my cpu is passively cooled it go a low bench score (4th percental, I have 0 airflow, a small form factor case, and yeah, but everything else is in the 40-60th percental.  Passive cooling) everything else is fine, Hardware info says the temps are fine (idle ~35c-40c), I'm limited to 69c or 68c (by the cpu) so who cares anyways? I have another excuse for no reinstalling windows 10 pro, and thats because- I already tried that :/.

try cooling it to prevent thermal throttling and see if that helps.

It's in a prebuilt all-in-one pc. : /

Got some new thermal paste (back in December, I stress tested and let it cool for 24 hours, so should be in peak shape) and it reduced temps by a few degrees c, but not a ton, but when my pages freeze up like that my cpu isn't throttling, or under load

try memtest and a cpu test to see if there is a hardware issue.

Does it happen in a linux live disk?

What model prebuilt?

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04448791 It came with a i7-4785t and a hard drive and 12 gigs of ram but I've upgraded the storage to a 860 evo

An 860 Evo is still a TLC NAND flash SSD.

One trademark of cheap SATA SSD's is when it runs out the buffer on the drive so it has to wait a lot. If you've already reinstalled the OS, then I'd suggest checking if you've installed the AHCI driver for the SATA SSD. What you describe sounds vaguely like disk errors. Normally on a mechanical SSD you'd recognize this from the physical noises the drive makes, but with a SSD it's pretty much a crapshoot of how the drive will fail.

That said, you should have been able to get 3 years out of that model SSD before it fails, so while it's not unreasonable to pin blame on the SSD, I'd probably look at other hardware drivers first.
