Hello,

I'm buying a new gaming computer, I wanted to know if my build is good or there is something to change.

 

Intel core i5 9600k 3.7Hgz 9MB

Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler

Asus Z390-PRO GAMING 

Corsair Vengance LPX 2x8GB 32000 MHz CL16

Gigabyte RTX 2060 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 8GB

Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 500GB

Seasonic 605W Gold

Antec NX220 BLACK

2 Nocua NF-S12B

Asus VG248QZ 24 Inch Monitor

 

My main use on my PC is gaming and watching tv xD

 

Any this I need to change? 

I'm not sure about the 2060, Maybe i will try to find good deal on 1080.

I would either get a Ryzen build with a 3600 or get a 9700K, the 9600K isn't very good.

To upgrade to 9700K It's 200$ in my country is it worth it?there is such a difference

Uber high refresh rate? Otherwise there isnt much reason to buy a soon-dead platform

This board is pretty weak, barely enough for overclocking the 9600k I guess but that's it. On Z390 Asus just doesnt make competent boards against other brands, even though they did much better on AMD's X370, X470 and X570 platform

2060 Super you have there is just as fast as the 1080

Yes, if you cant go past 120fps all the time for example, then there's no benefit of soon dead Intel platform compared to not dead yet

Gigabyte Aorus Elite/Pro are good choices if you dont mind the Gigabyte BIOS layout, otherwise the MSI Edge and Asrock K6 are still better options than the TUF Pro

What about CPU Cooler?

What do you recommend? I will see if i can up my budget

 

PS: Just notice this is without screen, my budget is with 120hz screen, Maybe i will tood down the 2080?

I'd also recommend looking at tms.co.il

They seem to have better prices and variety on CPUs and Graphics cards (more relevant on the lower end) but RAM and SSDs are a bit more expensive.

The 3700X is a better option unless the 3800X is the same price.

 

That motherboard is awful. Go with an MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX or B450-A PRO MAX.

 

A 3000 - 3200 kit might be cheaper.
