I'm not sure if it is best to get extensions or replacement cables. i want fully white cables.

Extensions will only extend the cables, they are the simplest cheapest option, but only add length to the cables, so cable management on the back won't become easier at all.

Plus they add a bit of resistance on the cable.

As far as I am aware, CableMod makes excellent cables.

The difference between all is probably because if you want to get a full cable set, you need to get something specifically for your PSU.

If that is not the case, you should elaborate on what do you mean with 'them' in the sentence "difference between all of them"

If you don’t care for price and have a fully modular psu get custom sleeved from a person who does this... that will be best quality. If non modular get extensions from a name brand.

Cables will give you lots of extra cable, so if you don't have a load of room for management it'll be a pain in the ass.
