ok it works now thanks but why did it work before in my other board?

Your other board probably had a cpu with integrated graphics, do you know the cpu on your other board?

Some CPUs have a graphics card integrated with the cpu, for some reason @Meowster thought that yours had integrated graphics, when in fact it did not.

now on the obverse side, if your cable to your monitor is plugged into your mobo, it should be plugged into your gpu.

so i should plug my hdmi into my gpu but just a question it worked before with my mobo

i mean why it worked on my motherbaord before

Did anything change when it stopped working?
Maybe someone moved the cable, maybe it was during some moving of the case. etc.

It could not work from motherboard with that CPU.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Yeah he had it plugged into his mobo instead of gpu, i think his old system had integrated graphics.

Yes, not everyone is perfectly versed in the wonderful language we call English.

As you can see there was a correction.

But as of no clear answer to this we both can be right. :D hahaha
