this should run at around 90-95 celcius with games. 

undervolting the i7 should make it much cooler without decreasing performance right? 

is the 1650 good for fallout 4 at max graphics?

 

yes. cropping is hard

I don't think a 1650 is going to run anything at max graphics. Especially a mobile variant.

First, you'll need 16gb of ram. 8gb for today's standards is nothing. Second, the 1650 is a mid tier card, and a mobile variant at that, so don't expect miracles. Third, when you say max settings, are you expecting 60fps+? I'd say you won't get it even at the low 1080p res this laptop has.
