is 1650 super worth extra 30 dollars?

asus rx 580 4gb or 1650 super 4gb price difference approx. 30 usd .what to buy ?urgent  need to decide soon .some videos show minute difference some show huge what to do?

I'd say it would be worth it if power consumption was an issue, as performance wise they are very similar, it's just that the 1650 Super consumes around 100W less. What PSU are you using?

Very similar cards

You see diferences because some games run better on AMD cards, some on Nvidia

I would go for the 1650s because it's more recent, and Nvidia tends to be better with drivers

RX 580 the one that's more expensive? In that case, if you dont need to record videos with the GPU get AMD, otherwise get Nvidia.

 

If 1650S is cheaper, get Nvidia no matter what.

then you dont need it. Polaris (architecture of RX 400 and 500 series) has no problem encoding h265, it's just h264 that's a bit poor especially for streaming which has tight size limits.

I don't live in America here rx 580 4gb is 30 usd approx. cheaper that's why I asked the question
