Should i download bios latest version cause on pcpartpciker there was warning that i need to update BIOS in order cpu to work properly

That board does have the BIOS flashback feature, so you can use a USB stick to update the BIOS if you happen to get a mainboard that is a little older and not updated.

 

Might be a good idea to have the BIOS update ready in a flash drive just in case it isn't updated when you build the system, but it shouldn't be hard to update either way.
