That's a low-end pc, so there's the problem.

You could try turning down the graphics settings in the game, but that cpu and gpu are pretty bad for gaming these days.

It would also help to know what game you're trying to run.

You can try using MSI afterburner, however you are limited by your CPU. You will need to buy a new computer to run modern games - perhaps try older games such as GTA: SA and COD4.
