Have you tried remounting the cooler?

Dis you remove the sticker at the bottom of the mounting of the cooler?

Did you add enough thermal paste?

Is the mounting pressure good enough?

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

You should hear a nice smooth hum coming from the pump. There could be air bubbles within the loop. Do you hear any weird noises coming from the cooler at all? Can you also post some photos of the area where the pump is installed?
