Is this a good PC build for 2020

Hamface55

So my sisters boyfriend is looking into building a pc. He wants it so he is able to upgrade in the future but also have the power to run modern triple A games like cod, red dead 2 and VR. Does this system seem like the best bang for buck? Anything you would change? Trying to really keep the budget around this mark. Dont worry about no SSD though because that is the first thing he intends to get after the initial build.

I think it would be much smarter to get the SSD first and add in a hard drive later. Windows 10 on a HDD will take you right back to 2009 because of how sluggish it would feel.

Agreed. Plus currently HDDs aren't on great sales. That way he could grab one when prices drop.
