Need help troubleshooting

Used my PC just fine yesterday night. Boot it up today, and I get "Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer................ error 0xc00000e9"

First I try reconnecting my sole storage device, nothing happened. Then I tried reconnecting my RAM, and now, my monitors get no signal despite being on.

I suspect that the culprit may be my motherboard but if possible it would be great to narrow down the problem so that I know what to replace for certain.

Any help is appreciated :)

***UPDATE*** I solved the no monitor output problem, that was my own stupidity, but I still have the device communication error.

Specs: ASRock Z170 (don't know exact model)

Crucial 1Tb SSD

Intel i7-6700K

Zotac 1070

1000w PSU EVGA

Corsair Vengeance 16Gb RAM (2300MHz I think)

There are a few things it could be, but mostly related to your SSD/HDD, instead of explaining it all again I found this  https://theitbros.com/how-to-fix-the-error-0xc00000e9/

It's pretty comprehensive with the steps you can take on how to TRY and fix it... it's not guaranteed as you could effectively have a bum drive, but the steps involved should help you decide if it is indeed virtually a dead drive and needs replacing.

Please quote my post, or put @paddy-stone if you want me to respond to you.
