Before any of that. Have you researched if there's a market/interest for such a thing in your area?

Yes, done with my feasibility study about it and here in the philippines this type of business is really feasible!. Thanks.

Still looking for the best value client units with the budget that i have.

Does that include the display and peripherals? If yes, those are going to be some REALLY lowend-setups and literally no one's going to be happy with them.

The first build @boggy77 posted is better than the second one, you're better off with a dedicated GPU in the builds.

I would re-plan. Perhaps build a few less PCs and distribute a bit more budget throughout.

10 PCs at $400-500 < 7 PCS $730.

Still pretty low end gaming.. For the kind of experience that people would want to leave their house for, I would budget for $1500-2000/machine personally.

I mean, it's not like it's totally impossible.

You'll have to find used rx570's from your local market. You can probably find them for around $50-60 if you can get them in a lot from a miner. Or else, you can get it from eBay/AliExpress for $70 with free international shipping. It'll be a pretty decent entry level gaming PC with good upgrade path.

I agree with that statement. I just don't see myself leaving the house to pay a gaming cafe so I can stare at games on a 1080p 60hz monitor :P I can do that almost anywhere.

op is from phillipines. maybe he has other users in mind, those that don't have pc's at home. it's surely a bigger market there than in the USA

Perhaps! Looking at Phillipines based dealers, most seem at advertise prebuilt 2200G/2400G APU only systems with single channel 2400mhz as gaming computers.

If that is the standard, a discrete RX 570 will do nicely!
