Thermaltake Case ARGB hubs

Has anyone managed to get the hub built into the case to work?  When I switch to AURA input only one fan lights up.   Anyone know how to fix it?

if its a 4pin then each port has to be filled form 1 to w/e first so fill 1 then 2 then 3 so on not skimping.

No it is a 3 pin connector to the MB..  All of the ports are plugged in too.

Themaltake sent me a new Hub... None of them seem to work...
