Ocasinal black screen for a few seconds

I have just encountered black screen where this screen goes black. and you can't do anything about it. it was during idling on the desktop.

I already suggested getting a new PSU... If you're unwilling to try that, the only other option is a motherboard swap. Anything else and I can't help you.
