Are my temps to hot?

Hello people, I just recently finished my build and I'm wondering if my temps are on the high side. While gaming I'm getting 60-68C on more demanding games and about 55-63 on lighter games. I'm 100% sure that my cooler makes good contact with the CPU. I'm idling at around 38-45C and while browsing it can hit 50C. Do I need to get a new CPU cooler, and if yes can I have some recommendations

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 2600 @3,8Ghz 1,28V w/ Wraith Stealth

Mobo : Asrock B450M Pro4

Ram : G.Skill Aegis 2x8GB @3200 16-18-18-38

GPU : MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4GB @ +160MHz core +500MHz mem

Those are perfectly acceptable temps.

Those temps are fine. I would only really see a problem if you were idling at 50-60C at stock voltages

Ok, even if I'm not feeling safe with those temps, can I try to push for 4GHz?

You're far under 80C(stressed) so you have room to spare.

When I was finalizing my overclock I ran the Gooseberry benchmark on Blender and my CPU hit 86C at full load

I do wanna push it further, above 4GHz, for now I want to make myself familiar with those temps cause I don't feel that good

Can you get to 4.3 with an air cooler?

4.2 is the highest ive gotten so far, with AIO. Only air cooler i tried was the stock one. Couldnt get over 4.0, temps got way to hot and would shut down. But every CPU is different.

 Nah,  that's fine.

You could get some noctua case fans tho, that knocked like 10C off my temps (~38 idle, max 60 at supposedly higher frequencies) and my temps were similar to yours before - it's normal,  I think max safe temps for these is like 95C.
