Need a timer that locks my PC

You can use a screen saver with the lock screen. Set screensaver at X time with Lock screen then you are done. 

A menace to the scammer world. They hate me wasting their time when they are conning the innocent and giving to the idiots.

A screensaver would reset though when your using the pc
