Mobo with integrated graphics

Hi, 

     My mom keeps telling me that she doesn't have an API and that her Mobo has graphics on it, I'm pretty sure she's running an original phenom x4, I'm trying to find out if she doesn't now what she's talking about or if there's actually mobos from that era with integrated graphics.

I tried to find the manual but found nothing.

You mean APU , API is a software term.

 

Yes there were some motherboards that still had graphics inside the chipset. For example 760g , 780g and others... find out the motherboard model and who made it and that will tell you the specs like chipset, onboard devices etc

 

how can we help if you don't actually say what specs has that system

 

Alternatively you could use software like AIDA64 to get information about the hardware.

yeah it was a typo i meant apu, i was typing that on my phone

I don't think you read my question, my mom says her processor is not an apu, and claims that her Mobo has integrated graphics, I was trying to see if there was even motherboards with integrated graphics.
