New pc causes power shutdown

Biopticwharf90

My apologies for maybe posting this under the wrong thread but i'm kinda panicking rn.

So, I build my first pc today:

Tt View 71 TG RGB
D432GB 3200-16 Vengeance LPX K2 COR
SSD 1TB 2.5/3.4G 970 EVO PCIe M.2 SAM
Asus PRIME Z390-P Z390
be quiet! Dark Rock 4
Shark Silent Storm Cool Zero 750W

i9 9900k cpu

Msi gaming trio rtx 2070 super

got the build done roughly 4 hours later and went to put in the power cable. Turned the switch on the psu on and boom my power went out. Didn't even get to pressing the 'main' front power button cause my power was already out. The motherboard was flashing orange like 3 times before it shutdown cause i pulled the cable out. I have tried another power circuit upstairs but the power also shuts down upstairs once i turn it on.

i've heard some people say it could be the psu but it's completely new. Did I mess up?

It did, yes. I pulled out the psu and only gave the psu power and got the same result where all power shut down
