Mother board doesn't have 3 pin connector

Need_Not

So I got some adressable RGB lights but because my mother board doesn't have a v5 3 pin connector I was wondering if there is some kind of adaptor that plugs in to another common port on my computer that would still have the addressable features just not pluged in a 3 pin connector.

I have tried looking but I only find hubs or splitters.

Anyway THX

Your motherboard has 4 pin connectors, 3-pin fans will work just fine with 4 pin connectors, so just connect them on a 4 pin connector on your motherboard.

Ohhhh, I read "RGB Fans" instead, My bad, Well your motherboard has a 5050 RGB LED strip 12V connector and you have 5v 3 pin connector, and as far as I know you can't convert them so I'd recommend just getting a new rgb kit that supports your motherboard

Wait so there isn't such thing as like a thing that this can plug in to and then plug in to like a USB?

ARGB means addressable so it's digitally controlled and each LED or LED group can be accessed and controlled individually. 12 RGB is analog. They're 100% incompatible, there isn't a thing this can plug in to and then plug in to like a USB aka a converter, so just buy a new kit
