I get a lot (really A LOT!) of errors, maybe because of the intel RAID controller or maybe because of the reliability of SSD's, but the main thing is, I am now running the two SSD's seperatly, and I got no errors so far, and it works at about 95% of the performance I had before, so... I wouldn't go for RAID 0 with SSD's. It'll maybe have a bigger impact on HDD's, but it's definitely not made for SSD's. Hope this helped, Greetings.
