Um.... they don't take a decline per sey, but when new versions of parts come out, sometimes you can snag a deal on last generations parts. Otherwise I recommend looking for deals around Black Friday or Boxing Week.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, 5060 Ti) Mobile: Moto Razr 50 Ultra (Razr+ 2024) | 30GB CAN+US+MEX $30/month
Laptop: Lenovo Yoga 7i (16") 82UF0015US (i7-12700H, 16GB/2TB RAM/SSD, A370M GPU) Tablet: Lenovo Tab Plus (256GB)
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

In the states? About a week ago.  There's also usually price drops any time new generations of products are introduced.  For example the ryzen 1 & 2000's recently.

Personal Rig v3: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X | Noctua NH-U14S | Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro ITX | Zotac GTX 2070 8GB | 16GB G-Skill Trident DDR4 3200MHz | EVGA Supernova 750B | Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX

Peripherals: Sennheiser HD518 & Classic ModMic | Corsair K65 Luxe | Zowie EC2 | ASUS VG259QM  |  ASUS VG278E | Klipsch ProMedia 2.1

The 4th gen ryzen cpus are likely laptop and not desktop. I dont think desktop 4th gen ryzen will come out till later in the year.

If we knew the dates, that'd kinda defeat the purpose of sales, right? So like, no, we don't magically know the dates.

They decrease slowly over time, and there is no way to predict it.

The only thing you can predict is that prices MIGHT go down during sales like black friday or christmas or whatever.
