Best laptop under $400

Hey everyone. Do any of you know what the best new laptop for under $400 might be? I just want something with at least 4gb of RAM, an Intel Core i3 or better, and the ability to be upgraded.

Why not used? look for a used x260. 

 

I really don't like used electronics. I just want something I can use for basic stuff. Maybe some Minecraft too, idk. Is the Acer Aspire E15 any good?

Good but Acer is known for making cheap computers that doesn't last long. How about a Chromebook? Asus Vivobook S15 looks good

See if you can find last years HP x360 on clearance sale with a 2500u.
