I've been looking for a good laptop or 2 in 1 that is under 2 pounds. But I haven't found a single laptop that weight. Do any of you know about some?

As @Haas_ said the LG Gram is the first thing that comes to mind. But any ultrabook is relatively light given their small chassis. Do you have a budget and any other specific requirements other than weight?

Chrome books are light, but I’m not sure about the 2 pound weight limit.

Any particular reason why it's gotta be 2 pounds or lighter?

I'm a student and my school requires a lot of binders and papers as well as a personal device. My backpack at this point is 15 pounds on its own without my 5 pound chromebook.

I think you can aim for a more realistic target like "around three pounds."  Under two limits you to systems that are either pretty slow, pretty expensive or sometimes both.
