Well i would like to know what would be the absolute best gaming computer money can buy currently would be? if possible with a AMD processor i was thinking of:

 

GPU 2X ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB ROG MATRIX + asus nvlink

CPU ( amd 3950x)

Motherboard ( gigabyte x570 aorus xtreme or asus rog crosshair viii formula x570) not sure

ram g skill 4600mhz 32gb ( if there is even any OC motherboards that can support that much)

SSD: Gigabyte aurous nvme gen4 ssd 2tb

Harddrive: Western Digital Ultrastar HC530 14TB 7200RPM 256MB 512e

The performance boost would be very little or no at all, it's not gonna double your fps or anything. Getting single high performance gpu is better imho.

Sure, but plopping more parts into the list doesn't make it the "best" gaming PC; there comes a point where you're just wasting money.

The 14tb HDD is a waste of money for a gaming PC and not, say, an actual workstation.

The RAM is also a waste, imo.

 

You don't get "the best" by wasting thousands of dollars, you get it by maximizing your bang for the buck.

AMD Threadripper then would be more expensive. or an Intel I9-10980XE

 

But I'd go:

Ryzen 9 3950X

AsRock AQUA x570 (i got one :3, its absolutely stunning)

NVLINK RTX 2080TI FE, as they have been binned; and you definitely want watercooling so you can OC like a monster

4 sticks of the bestest RGB RAM you can find

1600W Platinum PSU

RAID 2x2TB NVME GEN 4 SSD

Shit ton of RGB

Tripple 360 Radiator in a lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic White

and hardline tubing

Founders Edition. as i mentioned, they binned their chips. the FE has the best OC room. and you wanna spend, so you custom watercool it and put waterblocks on them, so that shitty shroud and cooling you take away anyways.

Manual says up to 4700MHz, but 5000MHz might aswell work too
